All lessons missed in accordance with studio policy, i.e.–illness, emergency, or inclement weather conditions, must be rescheduled. Each teacher will offer various make-up times, either individual or group. Should you choose NOT to make-up the lesson, that lesson will be forfeited. Teachers CANNOT give credit for lessons that the student opts not to make-up.

All Loveland Music Academy teachers determine their own schedules, teaching methods and rates.

Students under the age of six must be with a parent at all times in the common area.

Students may not be left unattended more than ten minutes before or after their lesson.

Parking is on the left side of the building and the entrance is on the front of the building.
