Angie Coyle

Angie Coyle is a saxophone player, woodwind instrumentalist, and composer/arranger. She has a Bachelor of Music degree in Saxophone Performance from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and a Master of Music degree in Jazz Studies from the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music. During her Master’s degree, she worked as a graduate assistant for the Bearcat Bands and held a position as Artist-in-Residence for Twin Towers Senior Living Community. Angie is an active jazz musician on the scene in Cincinnati and she leads her own group, the Angie Coyle Quartet, which primarily performs her original compositions. She is also extremely versatile; in addition to playing jazz, she frequently works with pit orchestras, blues bands, and R&B bands – and occasionally indie-rock groups and singer/songwriters.
