Emily has been playing the piano since she was four years old, having already experienced preschool music through the Pied Piper program. A home schooled student until High School, Emily took classes at Leaves of Learning and performed in many of the drama productions. While attending Mason High School, Emily performed in multiple choirs (Una Vocce, Bel Canto, and Honors Concert Choir) and took private piano lessons at Loveland Music Academy. While attending Wittenberg University, Emily studied piano performance under Dr. Christopher Durrenberger (an accomplished international pianist).
Emily enjoys working with children, and held several childcare positions throughout high school and college. At Wittenberg, Emily spent many hours tutoring elementary school children in Reading and Spanish, and also mentored young girls in the Girl Scouts of America as a member of Alpha Nu chapter of Kappa Delta National Sorority.
